Meal Plan Options

Alfred University 2026-2027 Meal Plan Options

Saxon Dining provides a variety of meal plans designed to meet your dining needs while on campus, whether you are a residential or commuter student. A meal plan is a pre-paid account loaded onto your ID card for use at on-campus dining locations.

As an added benefit, all meal plans include Dining Dollars! Dining Dollars can be used for food and beverage purchases at our on-campus locations.

Meal plan requirements vary depending on your residential status. For more information about the meal plan program, please review the meal plan details below and visit our FAQ page.

Living on-campus for the first time is exciting! We offer a number of meal plans to make sure you have the dining options you need to succeed.

All residents are required to have a meal plan for the entire academic year. Ford Street residents, Special Interest House residents and seniors with 90 or more completed credits are not required to have a meal plan, but are welcome to choose a commuter meal plan and enjoy the convenience of on‑campus dining. Residential students select meal plans through THD when applying for housing.
